The Hawaii Optometric Association is seeking an optometry assistant apprentice. Interested applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be interested in pursuing a field in optometry.
Who Can Apply: At least 17 years old. High School Graduate or Equivalent. Must possess speaking and reading skills. Must successfully complete the required related instruction. Applicants must submit a DD -214 to verify military training and/or experience if they are a veteran and wish to receive consideration for such training/experience. Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the apprenticeship program as required.
