Applicants must have a clinical healthcare background and an undergraduate degree. Potential Contact Tracers must be available to be activated by DOH for up to three months in the near future. A smaller number of applicants able to serve part-time (at least 20 hours per week) will be considered.

Who Can Apply: At least 18 years old. Identified interest to work in the healthcare industry, specifically the desire to work with the elderly and those with limited capacity for self-care. Must provide 2 step TB, proof of MMR immunization or positive titre test, fingerprint based criminal records check, physical exam, 9th grade high school level math and reading placement per the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) test. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and variable shifts, minimum of 16 hours per month. Physically capable of performing the essential functions. Effectively communicate needs and expectations.
